You’ll be supported by a friendly team and a principal Dentist who is close by and available when needed. About the position Our client is looking for an Associate Dentist (Part-Time or Full-Time) to step into a busy diary with strong demand for comprehensive general dentistry and growing interest in higher-value treatments. This role suits a Dentist who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality care with a calm, approachable manner. You’ll have scope to develop and expand your clinical interests (particularly implants and cosmetic dentistry) without being micromanaged. Typical procedures you may provide include: Comprehensive exams, treatment planning and preventive care Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges Emergency appointments and extractions Root canal therapy (with endo motor support) Cosmetic dentistry: veneers and smile makeovers Clear aligners (no fixed braces) Implant dentistry (ideal if you already place implants, or want to grow) Clinic features and equipment: Intraoral scanner CBCT/cone beam imaging Implant motors and surgical set-up Endo motors 3-chair practice (note: no CEREC) Days and hours Open to Part-Time or Full-Time (full-time typically 4 days/week) Key requirement: Friday plus a late Thursday (until 6pm) Additional days can be structured to suit the right candidate No weekend work Key Requirements AHPRA registration (Dentist) with current professional indemnity cover Minimum 2 years’ experience (ideal 5 years) in private practice Confident across general dentistry (restorations, cleans, crowns) Patient-focused, warm, and able to build trust and re-booking confidence Comfortable working solo at times (support is available when needed) Interest in veneers/aligners/implants is highly regarded (not essential) On offer 40% commission minus lab fees (with potential to increase for proven performance) Strong existing demand (diary typically around two days booked ahead) Opportunity to grow implants and cosmetics in a clinic already set up for it Mentoring available without “hand-holding” Stable weekdays-only roster with a coastal lifestyle nearby Contact details Apply via this advert with your CV, or contact Becky Evans | Senior Associate Dental Division M 0468 305 280 E: becky@gorillajobs.com.au
